Joe and Wendy have always been amazing to us and always can work us into their busy schedule. These guys and their sprinkler repair techs are "Sprinkler Gurus." Before we knew about Planet Green, we used other sprinkler companies that did the bare minimum and very grossly overcharged for less work or repairs than Planet Green's pricing. And I'm writing today, because we had a problem with our sprinkler system causing water waste and with broken sprinkler heads. Thank you so much for finding and fixing our sprinkler leak on our system and changing those sprinkler heads today. We really needed you guys, and you and your crew are always there for us. Definitely make us feel like family and so definitely recommend to my family and anyone else that I care about.
My experience with Planet Green has been nothing short of amazing. Joe and Wendi are professional, courteous and most importantly, honest!! I was literally robbed by another sprinkler system company prior to my learning of Planet Green ( I would post the name of that company but I'll leave it up to karma). After trying multiple companies to even return my call, I was lucky to come across Planet Green. They were able to schedule a time to come out and communicated well about when they'll be at the house. Joe was professional, listened to the issues I was seeing, provided a quote for what it would take to fix the issues and then performed the services the same day. He was able to come in under the quote and address all of the issues in the yard. Very satisfied and will be using planet Green again.
Chris and the team were great to work with. They were able to get us on the schedule shortly after initially contacting them. They provided quick but quality work and made sure to check every sprinkler head on our property to make sure they were performing properly. Not just the ones we brought to their attention to fix. They took the initiative to troubleshoot some other areas in our irrigation system that weren’t functioning properly and offered to repair those at the same time as well. They were very thorough and communicative on pricing before services were started. They will be our go to for irrigation repairs in the future!

Great experience with this company, top notch customer service and the guys who came out had to do some troubleshooting, fix an unmaintained system then teach me how to use it. The guys who came out worked super hard in Houston heat and got it all done and quick. On top of all that the lead gave me a masterclass on my timer unit, as well as local watering strategies. Chris and Joe arrived on time and diagnosed the problem with my lawn irrigation system within 10 minutes. They were very professional and extremely knowledgeable regarding the irrigation electronic controller. Their expertise was obvious and I was totally at ease with them working on my equipment. In addition, they reviewed my controller settings and made sure they were accurate. They also explained the use of the controller for options not fully explained in the controller manual. If you experience any lawn irrigation problems, call Planet Green and I am certain you will be pleased.
Had relay go out on lake pump system. They came out quickly and diagnosed the issue. Part needed to be ordered and when it arrived they came out and replaced it. They checked to make sure all zones were running properly before leaving.

I called on what I thought was a problem with our sprinkler system and the technician came out, checked things and told me there didn't appear to be a problem. He declined to charge me for the visit, which I appreciated. He could have, but didn't. Smart move....when there is a problem, I'll call Planet Green again.
The technician came out and performed a thorough inspection of my sprinkler system. The work I needed done was minor, so rather than charging for unnecessary work, he suggested I wait until more work needed to be done.

I recently had a problem due to the freeze. I called several companies and had to leave messages, most never even called me back. I called Joe and Wendy, they answered the phone and came out immediately because our water to the house was off. It was freezing outside with snow still on the ground. They were able to get the crisis fixed for us and we rescheduled for a warmer day to turn on the system to get everything else fixed. I would highly recommend. Our backyard was a swamp and they installed a drainage system that is working wonders. I got multiple bids and their proposal was the most sensible plan (with a reasonable price tag too.) And they always call or text me back quickly when I reach out with a question.
I post when things are bad, so I should post when things are great. Joe did an excellent job managing my emergency (and me). The situation, a run-away sprinkler system, started at noon Saturday Labor Day weekend. I don't know anything about sprinkler systems, but YouTube says it’s a stuck valve buried in the yard. OK, I can get sprinkler guys to fix that, but first need to cut the water off, so I call the 0311 folks, sure we’ll send someone. Next day same thing, sure we’ll send someone. Now the water and my cash outlay have been going for 24 hours. In desperation I think there’s got to be a way to cut off the water that I can do. So I go to google, all the sprinkler guys are closed, but PlanetGreen phone message, says text me, I will schedule you as soon as I can. So I text, can I turn off the water, SURE you can, here’s how (it’s buried in the water meter box). It’s isn’t easy (they have tools that make it easy), but I get the water off, and when I need water I turn it back on, end of emergency! Joe already came out a fixed me up this morning. Joe and Wendy at Planet Green are our go to sprinkler system experts! They have rerouted and repaired sprinkler heads in a previously installed system and installed a beautiful crushed granite/paver path to our back yard. Service is always prompt! If you sign up for the Membership Program, they will winterize and restart your sprinkler system or Mosquito system! Great peace of mind if you are out of town when that hard freeze hits! They do outdoor lighting also!
You can bet your money will be well spent by going through planet green. They offer professionalism with skill at a fair price and are straight forward and always willing to be open and up front about what needs to be done and what they can do to help better your irrigation at home.
